"Flaws & The State of California"
On a recent road trip, I discovered a beautiful example of Flaws created and maintained by the State of California. It is located at a rest stop on California Highway 20 at an elevation of 4,500' between Nevada City and the junction with U.S. Highway 80. Along with picnic tables and pit toilets, the rest stop provides a spectacular view to the north of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
This state-supported set of Flaws is sturdily framed and supported by concrete pillars. It is approximately 3' high by 8' long. It is very imposing and impressive.
