The Hungry Bird

To Operate:

1. Place on a level surface.
2. Press one end of the base until it touches the surface then quickly let go.
3. Enjoy the action.

Design by T. Putter, based on a 19th century English folk toy.

The action begins when one end of the base is pressed all the way down then quickly released. The bird's head and tail independently rock from side to side and sometimes will even spin all the way around in often surprising ways as the bird makes vain attempts to catch one of the three worms poking up out of the base.
